There are two areas that iSplack is looking to expand with self-directed, customer-centric go-givers:
Customer Celebration: Our customers are awesome! They range from the toughest and most talented athletes in the NFL, MLB, and NCAA to the most dedicated, loyal, and even die hard fans anywhere, and they wear isplack to get their colors on! You will be responsible for helping to empower them, share their stories, and celebrate their experiences. You will manage the isplack social media efforts, drive our grassroots marketing, lead our presence at local and national sporting events, engage with new customers, and activate potential new markets. It's a big, important role, and you will be backed up by and work closely with our sales and retailer success teams. To be successful, you will be outgoing, engaging, and someone that can authentically connect with and share the passion behind isplack.
Retailer Success: Ensuring that our retailers succeed, all but guarantees our success. Our retailers are critical to our sales strategy as we are primarily a wholesale distributor. And yet, many retailers are overworked, underpaid, and often no longer love their jobs. That challenge is also an opportunity - imagine what they would do for you if you made their day better, easier, and more fun? You will be responsible for doing everything in our power to help them succeed with the isplack line of products. This includes direct sales, creating new accounts, fulfilling reorders, training their sales and merchandizing people, product fulfillment, attending and providing regional and national event support, driving social media activity, and basically offering whatever it takes to help them win! To be successful in this role, you love sales and the feeling of a successful, ongoing channel relationship, your work and communication is organized, clean, and lean, you are engaging and authentically connect with and share the passion behind isplack.
To get started, we would like to learn a little bit about you. In addition to some open questions, we are asking for you to provide a video yourself (no more than 3 minutes please), to help us virtual meet you. Typically, candidates use their three minutes to tell us about things that are not on their resume or LinkedIn page such as: passions, hobbies, activities, family, new ideas, etc. Most people use their smartphone to record the video and then post it to their DropBox or YouTube site.
